Exceptional service by Immy. This was my first experience of using someone from RatedPeople and I was slightly nervous until Immy turned up to sort some home networking issues. We arranged a convenient time for me, Immy did the job at a very reasonable price and furthermore when there were some problems (due to circumstances outside Immy's control) he returned free of charge to spend the same amount of time fixing things. Very impressed, will definitely use again and highly recommended!!

We had our bathroom totally redone by Remus and his guys. Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future. Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.
