Keenly priced quote the backed up by excellent work undertaken in full rewire. Turned up when he said he would and completed job in double quick time. Also did a great job of keeping the flat as clean as he could given the walls and ceilings all had that "black mortar" and was pleasantly surprised with the absence of memes on completion. Would definitely use again

Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. DSL were prompt with a quotation, gave an excellent price and completed the job within a few hours. We haven't had any teething problems since our alarm installation. Darren and his guys working for him were professional, courteous and extremely good value for money. I would definitely have then back to complete other jobs for us in the future as they provide a very varied service, not just alarms.

Jon was punctual and worked late to ensure the job was finished. The fencing is of good quality and Jon took all rubbish/debris with him to dispose of. Would definitely use him again and can't recommend him highly enough

We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Kevin & Asher completed the job ahead of schedule and to budget, and I was very pleased with the standard. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
