I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. I would highly recommend him and his team for doing a great job.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.
