This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Phil came in the morning and finished the job within a day as agreed. Safety aspects and govt regulations were strictly adhered to which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if the dry lining inserts were finished off properly so there are no visible holes around the faceplate of the sockets but Phil explained he didn't have the right mix and left them for me to complete. Dust from the chipping of the brickwork covered the house which was rather unexpected. Overall we'd use him again.

Mr homan has conducted a number of jobs for me His work is immaculate and conducted to a very high level This is not a tradesman who will take your money and rush the job he is far more interested in completing the job well and I therefore rate him extremely highly. Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Finally, my wife and I were confident we were in good hands and would highly recommend Lewis and plan to have him back next year to carry out further work.
