He explained everything very clearly at the start as to what the work entailed and what he would be doing and took time to ensure the job was done properly and that the cameras were positioned correctly. We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.
Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.
Fast reponse and flexible over scheduling to do the work. Easy, clean job. Thanks !
