Exceptional service! We had a complete refit of our bathroom. Mario's quote was extremely competitive. Mario and his two colleagues worked hard for the 6 days and the results were exceptional. Highly recommend. I used Tip Top Services (Nick) to install 30+ LED downlights. Very pleased with the results and Nick was very easy to work with. A very flexible approach and willing to do all that was necessary to complete the job to high standards. Would use again.

Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts. They reparied our emersion heater very quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable rate. We have had no further problems at all and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Overall, a great service from Dragos and his team. he arrived promptly to do the estimate and gave me good advice about the fittings and the work to be done. He did have to reschedule the appointment to do the work by a few hours, some days later, but this wasn't problematic for me, The light fittings were of good quality and everything is now working again. Would highly recommend. .
