I would highly recommend Jon. He got back to me very quickly with a very competitive quote ! He offered a quick start date & arrived on time & completed the work to a very high standard. Eclipse electrical were great, instant and continuos contact whilst arranging a time to do my job. They arrived on the day we agreed on time and completed the job at the price we agreed. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

Sam was very conscientious, polite and reliable. He was able to work around my timings and give me advice for ongoing electrical needs. My property had a number of electrical disasters waiting to happen and Sam resolved each one whilst not losing heart (despite the job going on for longer than was expected). Changed the job to having a full service instead of removal and this was done brilliantly by A-Z with speedy response, great service and very helpful
