Completed the replacement of car park bollard lighting in a residents parking area to a very high standard, paying good attention to detail. Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. Site left tidy every day and cleared away on completion, would definitely use again and indeed have for a smaller job within own flat. All residents were pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the work, Will and Dan who completed the work were polite and friendly.

Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. Fantastic workmanship, punctual and very trustworthy. Felt comfortable handing over the keys to my house so that they could get on with it whilst I was at work. I asked for quite a lot of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised by the quote too which was very reasonable considering the quality of the work.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.
