I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. When I met Zak, I felt comfortable as his knowledge In bathroom fitting was better then all the other fitters. He shared really good ideas, which helped us create our dream bathroom. He was very professional and cleaned up after every evening even though we were not living in the property. His tiling was spot on perfect. All the fixtures are perfect. He will always think of a solution, and ask you, as he wants to make sure the Job will be perfect. We have now decided to use Zak again for our cloakroom
