Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.
