However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

Tried to overcharge me by £120 over the quoted price and when I refused to pay the extra he got very aggressive threatening and abusive. Didn’t find the fault & waste of money.unprofessional and unskilled. Have text from him telling me I am an f’ing idiot.

This man turned up very late on the first day - held up by buying parts he needed for a job. He then didn't finish the job and gave a confused explanation about what parts he needed to buy and why - this was a simple light fitting change. He turned up with out a step stool/ladder. He then offered to come and finish the next day, gently proposing he was going to loose money on the job. I went round to meet him at the tenanted property and took my own tools. He ran late - buying stuff for another job.
