He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition. Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. A replacement shower was not required, only a shower head to match existing make and model. Many thanks. I would be pleased to recommend this trades person.
