Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed & we arranged an evening appointment as this was my best time. He arrived the next evening as arranged on time & was polite & professional. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Hello! James from Finney Electrical here. Someone once asked me what makes us different from the rest; it really made me think because you do what you do. I can truly say we just want the best job for our customers. Time after time we hear about rogue traders that our customers have had previous. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! Luis did a great job throughout. From initial discussion on the phone to follow up text, he’s done exactly what we discussed and accommodated an extra light (that I’d forgot we needed doing).
