Craig was very helpful when initially enquiring about the installation of an EV charger and quickly sent over a quote, charger recommendations and booked us in for fitting. Craig arrived promptly at the time he gave us and quickly got to work and tidied up after himself when the work was complete. George invited me to chat with him to arrange a quote. During the chat George initially quoted an unreasonably high price, yet had eventually haggled out an acceptable price. However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.

Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
