Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!
