Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

Excellent precise and very gifted. Costs are very reasonable. This man is full of fun and enthusiasm. A top class job done on. Covering an old 1930 type fireplace. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Excellent work and would highly recommend..his work is outstanding top class.

Cracked on with fixing tile and repointing the roof in wet and wind. Did not look like a fun job but got it done Cheers

SMK & Son responded to my call for a badly leaking roof, immediately. It turned out to be very serious and in the end they replaced the whole roof in awful weather. They organised everything very professionally. Cannot fault them. HIGHLY recommended. Do not hesitate to use them.

Replaced four fence support posts which were rotted at the bottom and struggling to keep the fence upright in the awful weather. Work was completed quickly and kept to the quoted amount, which included all materials and disposal of old posts. Also took the time to check that our neighbours were happy with the work as the fence is shared with them. Kept in regular contact through text before the work began, and explained what he was working on throughout the job.

I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. The attention to detail in the preparation and quality of finish has been second to none and the end result is superb and completed for a very fair price. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Although Neil has discussed the job, I haven't heard from him since and he never gave me a quote or replied to the message. Do not recommend him as he's unreliable.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Simon completed the work as we agreed on time, price as quoted and cleared the site. The only thing I had to do was wash down the site which I expected to do. I would recommend Simon to carry out any water supply work. Paul W.
