Amazing service from these guys! Really happy from start to finish - they came round to do a quote the same morning I posted the job, and started clearing my garden pretty much straight away. It was no easy job - thick brambles and completely overgrown borders, not to mention the uncut grass. They worked SO hard (even through the rain) and made sure I was happy before moving on to the front garden. All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
