Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. I chose SJS as Scott was very professional in his approach and was really thorough in making sure the job was done well, without mess, to time and budget. I have used other plasterers before but wouldn't recommend them but with Scott I would definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to friends and family.
