Excellent service from john taking off old doors and replacing with new. Trimming doors putting new hinges and door handles on . Very friendly and extremely tidy from inside and outside. Taking old doors away and packing. Coming back to do bit more joinery for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is needing work done.

After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. I am a self employed fencer with over 18 years experience that completes every job I do to the highest of standards, all fencing work undertaken from new builds to renew or repair existing fences. Fence styles include wire, rabbit/rylock netting, deer fencing and all types of wooden fencing inc: boarded fences (vertical and ranch style) I also make gates to a specific size to complement the fencing I do, you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.
