Very personable, helpful guy. Was able to help straight away and my father was very pleased with the work. Garden was left clean and tidy. I wanted to find someone who could help with the more difficult work in caring for a garden for my elderly father on an ongoing basis and J Ray Property Services are able to do this.

Frank and his team were professional and efficient throughout. He made interesting suggestions to the design at the outset. They arrived to start the job when agreed and explained how the tasks would be completed. All work was carried out to a high standard, and it was noticeable how organised and tidy they were. The final result is brilliant, exceeding our expectations. We thoroughly recommend Frank and his team.

Mark supplied and fitted laminate flooring and internal doors to our conservatory. Fantastic job from start to finish. Great customer service. Good advice. And at a great price. They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Initially I was only going to have Decking done in my garden. After Andrew came and saw my garden he gave me a different idea and provided with me a scatch of paving and deck to transform my garden into some thing different. After he has done this it looks so nice. He transformed my garden completely. He is a very hard working gentleman. Very reasonable with price and very sincere perfect and honest.While he was working I decided to have fencing done as well. Andrew has become like a family member to us. I will recommend Andrew very srongly to everybody without any hesitation

Bill helped us to repair and rebuild a spa shelter we purchased secondhand that we discovered had many rotten panels.
