Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. I have expertise in project managing complete refurbishments and major house renovation projects such as extensions, new kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms.
