I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Never again. The quoted price doubled. Although he does trees every day, Matthew' said my photograph was misleading and this was a much bigger job. He pruned the tree for the price. But wanted nearly twice as much to take the waste away. Or £70 extra to gather and chop into modest sized pieces. I felt so betrayed I just wanted him off the premises. Am now buying a chainsaw to be able to dispense with the waste myself.

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
