Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. They did an excellent job on a very long and high hedge. Stayed until the job was completed and cleared up well. Cut the hedge better than asked and their price was within the range of other quotes. Need to make sure you are clear what is happening to the cuttings/waste. Would not hesitate to hire them again when the hedge has grown back.
Job was never completed, Grant is holding £4k deposit I paid and has not returned it.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
