Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. However, in February ‘19 I was made redundant from my aviation job which has allowed me to take on my trade full-time. Over the last 15years I have had involvement with a variety of domestic projects ranging from a simple tap change, tenancy repairs, to a full house renovation. I was quoted on 11 internal Doors & Casings. Labour price was £2300. The existing doors and casings have been removed making the job easier and more straightforward. The price seemed extreme. Decided to go with another company on Rated people with 5 star reviews and twice as many satisfied customers for a fraction of the price.
