What can I say Eric rang to make arrangements and was able to do the job on the same day. He turned up on time and got straight on with assembling the wardrobe. The job was completed to a good standard. Would use him again if needed.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. Chris and Arron worked extremely hard - in horrible weather and even though the job was harder than they anticipated - actually reduced the price, as a particular piece of equipment wasn't needed. Excellent work

Kevin was very prompt in the follow up to the enquiry, quote and following up with a referral. He did a very good job of erecting steels for the repositioning of an internal wall, rebuild of new wall. he was on time and job went without any issues. Will use Kevin again for sure...

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail.
