We had Steven come to see us to give us ideas for our garden & found him to be very honest in the way he explained what he thought our job would involve . Unfortunately we had to cancel our project for the time being so did not have a chance to see our project completed by Steven . Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

I would appreciate confirmation that the cap fitted is compliant with gas regulations as requested. More care to be prevented going down the flue. Otherwise fine and I would happily use the again.
