Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Very polite and professional, did everything they could to fix my living room blind. Couldn't have asked for more from them. Reasonable cost considering the distance they travelled to get to my house. Would definitely recommend

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Ran a bit late but was decent enough to say would be late via text which I appreciated. Completed a gate and fence for me as previous was blown down. Totally happy with their work and would definitely ask for their services again.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
