Had leak on a very rainy day and John was out the same day. He gave me a fair quote and was back the next day as promised and did a good job. Showing pictures of what the problem was and pictures of the finished work would recommend them.

I have a beautiful new patio thanks to Pete & John & my lawn has been levelled & grass seeded. The guys worked really hard, arrived when the said they would & left things tidy every day. They're a happy, friendly pair & brilliant at what they do. I can't rate them highly enough & would definitely recommend Lawnswood Landscaping & will be doing exactly that!

Fantastic service - a visit arranged within 2 days of the initial phone call, and the job started within 2 weeks. Excellent advice, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. This was a small job to demolish a brick pillar at front of my house affected by root growth and rebuild a new pillar. From my initial contact with Greg, til the completion of the job, my experience was excellent. He turned up to quote for the work at the agreed time. The very reasonable quote was given immediately and on acceptance Greg was able to fit in this small job within a few days. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and left the site tidy. Very impressed.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Matt Belchamber did an absolutely brilliant job on our cliff top garden under the most arduous weather conditions in the Spring of 2014. In association with the garden designer he recommended to us (Bo Cook of Alitura) he transformed the garden from a modest patch of lawn and borders into a work of art. He started on time (when the winds were blowing at hurricane force) and completed the work on time, keeping us fully informed all the way. We cannot recommend Matt too highly.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.
