Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

Needed an urgent sink replacement work and Jason came through reliably. He was engaging, superb communication and timely. He did the job to a very high standard and cleaned up after himself. very highly recommended

Cheerful, skilled and reasonable - luckily for me he quoted and carried out both jobs straight away and was soon finished to a great standard. I'm very happy with the work and will definitely be using his services again.

Marius’ workmanship was really good. The work was mostly stress free. We had some issues with plumbing afterwards, but Marius came back and fixed them. I would recommend him to anyone, and would use him again.

Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. Ken, took on additional work for me outside the original decorating that I required. He was quick, very well priced, professional and I will be using him moving forward to maintain my rental houses. Have already recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so. Just wish he could help with the work I now have out in OZ...!! ;-)

Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.
