Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Mk kitchen and bathrooms is a small family run business covering the essex area. We cover all aspects of kitchen, bathroom fitting and complete internal house refurbishments. Including carpenty, tiling, plumbing, plastering, painting and also electrical work.
TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
