Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. Job is scheduled for start in mid September but quote was agreed and deposit paid. Looking forward to having the work complete so we can move on to other outstanding jobs! Think we are in to a winner.
Having hired David to complete the work i asked for, whilst the taps where successful, i have had him back three times within 10 days and still need to contact him again regarding unsuccessfully being able to rectify the cistern not filling when flushed, when he comes back it will be the fourth time in two weeks!, i feel i have not got value for money on this occassion and using your website thought i would be getting a professional who knew what they were doing.
