I had a new boiler installed and also Neil fixed the problems I was having in the loft with leaking water tanks. I had a new radiator fitted and also I needed a new water tank in the airing cupboard. I was pleased with the work done by Neil and his companion and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Kale and his team did my full system replacement for a really good price and I am delighted with the results. Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.

I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

As i was let down by 2 other electricians before i decided to use Ratepeople.com. To my great relief PCarragher electrical were very sufficient and proffesional. When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.
