Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Couldn’t of picked a better bathroom fitter. Clean, tidy and the bathroom looks unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Keith enough. Ripped out entire old bathroom which was a bath/shower and reconfigured the layout and put a bath and a shower in. Our bathroom isn’t big but he’s made it feel massive. All re tiled. Built up a great relationship I even let himself have keys to let himself in. Me and the mrs are over the moon

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. If I could give Neal ten stars I would, he did an excellent job on my decking, replacing old wooden for new composite, looks amazing, he even made a special step for the dog. He was very reliable, polite and chatty, and respectful to us and my property, removed all rubbish and cleaned up afterwards, I would highly recommend him, and use him again should I need a job doing, full marks Neal, thank you.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who wants any jobs doing. We will be using Mark for future work when we get round to it again. Thanks again.
