Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Hi my name is Chris , here is a little insight into myself and what I do. Firstly I would like to explain that I will treat your house with the utmost respect , I have plenty of experience working within people's homes and understand the stress it can cause,I will protect all vulnerable surfaces tidy up and generally try to minimise any disruption within your home . I will also only quote to carry out work that I am happy to do , I am not a "chancer" and if I'm not entirely happy doing something or if I don't think the desired results can be achieved you will be the first to know. I have been plastering since 2002 with the main focus of my work being (but not limited to) the domestic marketplace ie people's homes. From plastering whole extentions to fixing a patch where somebody has literally "put their foot in (through) it" over the years I have used my skills to improve , repair and modernise properties of all shapes and sizes . Covering unsightly Artex, installing of coving and cornice , rendering , pebbledashing , skimming of walls and ceilings to refresh tired plasterwork , soundproofing, plasterboarding, float and set are just a few of the services I am more than happy to provide . The bulk of my last 7 years have been spent working for a company carrying out work on behalf of insurance companies. My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. I have alot of experience working with other trades that has given me a sound understanding of structures , the things that go wrong with them and how to put them right , correctly . I also have experience within the surface repair industry which means by using a variety of materials I am able to repair almost any hard surface around the home or even in the garden that has been damaged, chipped baths and sinks,shower trays wooden doors , worktops of various compounds, tiles, upvc window frames to name but a few . Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. He gives me good advice on cost management and the project execution. He flexible with scheduling. His pricing is fair.
