Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. I wanted asbestos guttering & down pipe replaced front & back of house & also requested a water butt be supplied & fitted - the water butt & stand was supplied free so that was a bonus ! Very pleased with the work carried out , ended up having guttering fitted to my brick shed & down pipe to connect to water butt which was a better position as advised by father & son & I totally agreed - & the water butt is filling up nicely after today's rain :) I would certainly use this firm again .
