We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

The job was well done and the original estimate was reasonabkle. An unforeseen problem arose during the work. John of Home Solutions UK kept me informed and dealt with the matter at the least extra cost. In the end it was still a job well done at a reasonable price. Joe Matthews

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Spencer gave me a quote the day I posted the add and arrived the following day to move and fit a radiator. He quoted a reasonable price and completed the first fix and returned the following week allowing me time to complete the decorating to then fit the radiator. He did a great job.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. I chose SJS as Scott was very professional in his approach and was really thorough in making sure the job was done well, without mess, to time and budget. I have used other plasterers before but wouldn't recommend them but with Scott I would definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to friends and family.
