Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Chris has done several jobs for me, including underfloor heating and tiling the floor in my new conservatory and re-modelling my tiny en-suite bathroom, which now feels much bigger. His work is of a high standard and he makes sure everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. Chris honest and reliable, gives sound advice and his prices are fair. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !
