Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Started in the trade by carrying out an extensive British Gas apprentiship and worked for a leading Boiler manufacturer for 6 years as a Technician. Specialise in fault finding and Boiler repairs but also carry out all plumbing and gas work.
