Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We are a small family run business, we have been in the plumbing, heating and gas industry for 18yrs and in general building for around 15yrs. We cover a complete all round service, using in house trades people and also a number of sub contract trades, whom we have worked along side for many years. We can offer the use of our structural engineer and also our architect, we generally use the same on all our jobs unless the client has their own.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent; both the loft conversion and the extension blend seamlessly with the existing house. I would highly recommend them.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him.
