Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Bathroom work- I had a disappointing experience with this builder. Within just 1 yr of completing th work, we had 4 separate water leaks, resulting in thousands of pounds in damage. Th quality of materials used was subpar. On escalating these issues & asking for compensation, th builder simply told us to file it in court rather than taking responsibility for th problems. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from choosing this builder. We expected much better materials, workmanship & accountability.

iBathrooms did a great job on our bathroom and kitchen. Narcis was always around to guide the project, advise on details, solve problems and generally move things along, always with great politeness. The level of workmanship was very high in all areas and both rooms are finished to a very high standard. iBathrooms are also very straightforward on price. The initial quote price was honoured, with any variations being quoted separately. All in all, very happy to recommend them.

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. He was also a pleasure to have around - and I would highly recommend him for any other work. 10/10.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

To repeat I sent you the links of exactly what I had ordered. I’m afraid I don’t see that as an excuse. My advice is that you create a template statement of works which you complete and then get the customer to sign off before you come onsite. That way there is no misunderstanding.
