Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. If I could give 10 stars I would! Cristian, Nico & team worked tirelessly over the period of New Year to rip out my old leaking shower room and refit. When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment. I think its disrespectful to demand payment straight away. Also an invoice is to be expected, in my opinion.
