I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Job done within 36 hours. A little more work was needed than I thought but luckily due to a cancellation it all got done same day.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, out of the 4 jobs they quoted for they did 3. Wanted to charge an additional £150 to fit 1 of the radiators and I declined as it wasn't in my budget, the only thing that worked once they left was the new bathroom taps, the new heated towel radiator didn't work, they didn't even test it before they left, the kitchen sink jamal put back in was leaking from the taps and waste.
