Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.
