Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Just awful. Made a complete mess of the bathroom. Not one tile is flush. Pieces missing from shower. Thinks that silicone is better than using a screw. Never reads a manual. So much more that I cannot put in here. Left driveway stained with tile cement. Said they would come back to fix and never did. Avoid at all costs.
