Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.
