Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Lewis, came and did the work very quickly. It took just over 1 day to re-board and plaster the kitchen due to water damage. He was on time, very friendly and very competitive with his quote. His work was very good. Highly recomended

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.

Rang up within hours of placing the ad and booked me in for the following morning. Arrived promptly and did what was required. Provided a quality finish at a fair price. Overall a very good service and will be using again to get my back yard decked over.
