Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are a small family run business, we have been in the plumbing, heating and gas industry for 18yrs and in general building for around 15yrs. We cover plumbing, heating and gas services, for installation, service and repair. We are also underfloor heating specialists. We take on all major building works, covering loft conventions, Extention’s, Referb’s, we cover kitchens and bathrooms and pride ourself on our great feedback and also customer base, we always look to expand our client base. We can offer the use of our structural engineer and also our architect, we generally use the same on all our jobs unless the client has their own.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
