Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric

Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

From the outset my wife & i found Colin very approachable,& knowledgeable & will take time to explain all forms of work being carried out. As with all projects there are unforeseen snags, Colin dealt with these in his stride, & always after discussing his proposals We found him very punctual & tidy, his standard of workman ship & finish is beyond question.I would strongly recommend Colin to anyone,& i will definitely keep his number for any works i may have in the future. The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Jim responded quickly to my advert and came and sorted and serviced the fire the next day. A tidy worker with a pleasant helpful manner. I will use again if I have any issues.

your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.
