The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. Craig turned up on the date promised, worked long hours to ensure he completed the task on time. Very neat and tidied up after each day. System works without any problems and lower gas bills already after 6 months. A worth while investment in a new heating system. I would recommend Craig to install a new heating system no problem.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
