Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Great job by Luke in upgrading two radiators. Also took off another radiator so I could do some filling behind it. Had a tiny drip on one of the new radiators, but he came back to sort it a few days later. Clean and tidy work. Friendly and knowledgable. Excellent communication throughout via text and calls.
